How to find your calorie needs

If you’re unsure where to start, check out my BMR and TDEE calculator. It’ll give you a solid baseline for your daily calorie needs. If you want to fine-tune your intake to match your goals, read my post, “How Many Calories Should I Be Eating?” It breaks down everything you need to know about adjusting your calories for optimal results.

Are these numbers exact

Not 100%, but they provide a reliable starting point. As you progress in your fitness journey, you may find that you feel better with slightly different macronutrient ratios, like incorporating more fats or carbs. The numbers I use are designed to work well for most people, but individual needs can vary. That said, you likely won’t need to adjust much, if at all, from these estimates.
