Having more muscle allows you to burn more calories without having extra bodyfat. By building muscle, you increase your BMR, making it easier to manage weight. Try calculating your BMR at your current and goal weight to see how metabolism shifts with body composition changes.
Is TDEE Accurate?
No calculator is 100% precise, but TDEE provides a solid starting point for setting calorie goals. Tracking your weight over time lets you fine-tune your intake based on real-world results.
