Fitness and Training

Q: Do you offer online or in person coaching?

  • Both. I currently offer in-person coaching in the immediate Charlotte area. If you’re not local, or just prefer online coaching, I offer fully remote coaching tailored to your goals and available equipment.

Q: I’m a complete beginner. Will your programs work for me?

  • Absolutely. In fact, beginners often benefit the most. My programs are built from your starting point to match your goals. I don’t expect you to have years of experience. Most of my clients come to me to get started, cut through the confusion, and build confidence in the gym.

Q: What kind of training do you focus on?

  • It all depends on your goals. My specialties include strength training, weight loss, bodybuilding, calisthenics, plyometrics, and general health. Unless your goals are highly sport-specific, I can help get you there.

Cooking & Meal Prep

Q: I suck at cooking. Will I still be able to follow your recipes?

  • Yes. I’ve got beginner-friendly recipes and try to make them as simple to follow. Some recipes are harder than others, but there should still be something for you.

Q: Do you share macros and calories?

  • Yes. Every recipe includes a built-in calculator that breaks down the nutrition info based on how many meals you prep. You’ll see calories, protein, fats, carbs, and fiber per meal.

Q: Do I need fancy kitchen gear?

  • Not at all. Some recipes use more tools than others, but even with just a basic kitchen setup you should still be able to make many different recipes.

Working with Me

Q: How do I work with you?

  • If you’re local to the Charlotte area, we can meet at a location that works based on your goals and available equipment. If not, I offer online coaching worldwide. Just send a contact request and we’ll figure out what works best for you.

Q: Can I hire you for just nutrition or programming?

  • Yes. That falls under my online coaching. I can create your program, help with nutrition, check in to make adjustments, and hold you accountable.
    • Note: I am not a registered dietitian. While I have a strong background in nutrition, I cannot provide clinical guidance for conditions like eating disorders or diabetes.

Q: Are you certified?

  • Yes. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’m also an undergraduate student studying Exercise Science.
  • I also have passed the NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and will be awarded it along side my bachelors.
  • This year, I’m sitting for additional an certification:
    • ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP)
  • I’m always expanding my education to provide the best service possible.
