I originally started this website as a way to share fitness knowledge and help people get in shape. Everything on here is free because my value as a trainer is how I help you apply my advice, and holding you accountable.
Additionally, not everyone can afford a trainer. I remember when I was 15 years old and just wanted to learn more about lifting. My options were my high school weight lifting class and the random bits of advice and bro science from other lifters and the internet. I made this website for people like me, who are just looking for straightforward fitness and nutrition content.

Personal Training
My focus is on teaching you how to train with intent, push yourself safely, and actually understand what you’re doing in the gym. You’ll walk away stronger, more confident, and with the tools to keep progressing after our sessions end

Cooking and Nutrition
The biggest reason people fail to reach their goals isn’t their training, its their nutrition. Nutrition is 80% of the game and there are no rest days. The good news is there are no secret foods or complicated diet to follow, and healthy food doesn’t have to be bland. The key is learning how to prepare your own food and build balanced meals that you enjoy.

Online Coaching
Online coaching gives you the same structure and accountability as training in person, but allows you to complete your workouts on your own time. Every program is fully customized to your goals, equipment, and experience level. You’ll get a clear plan, weekly check-ins, and adjustments as you progress to make sure you’re always moving forward.
