Ingredients
- ½-1 bulb fresh garlic
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- Red pepper flakes
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Pasta
Preparation
- Cook desired amount of pasta and save some pasta water after straining noodles
- Peel and slice ½ to a full head of garlic
- Remove the stems of 1 bunch of parsley and finely chop
- Add a generous amount of olive oil to a pan and let heat
- After heated add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes
- Once the garlic turns golden brown add the cooked noodles and mix together
- Add a touch of pasta water to help form a sauce in the pan
- Add the chopped parsley and mix
- Remove from heat, add the lemon juice from ½ to a full lemon and season to taste with salt and pepper
